Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
Just like our Bean Bag Loungers adapt to your body, our returns policy adapts to your needs. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.
How to Return an Item

Exchange Information
Want to exchange your Bean Bag Cube for a different color? Or upgrade to a LayZ Bean Bag?

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags
