Our Return Promise
Just like our Bean Bag Sofas and Bean Bag Loungers are designed for maximum comfort, our returns policy is designed for maximum convenience. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange (e.g., Bean Bag Recliner or Kids’ Bean Bag)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our Atlanta-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (just like how we carefully package our Bean Bag Armchairs for shipping).

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges (perhaps you’d prefer a different color of our Bean Bag Cushions or want to upgrade to a LayZ Bean Bag):
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bean Bag Replacement Covers (for hygiene reasons)
- Maternity Bean Bags (specialty health product)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any import duties paid
